A weekly or fortnightly slot reserved for your company — a standing ritual, not a one-off perk. Skills compound; so does the habit.

Does anyone need boxing experience?
None at all. Sessions are built for complete beginners — most of the room has never put gloves on before. Anyone who has trained gets stretched too; mixed levels are the normal case.
Is it full contact? Will anyone get hit?
No. Nobody gets hit. All work is done on pads in pairs — one person hits, one person holds, then you swap. It's the workout and the skill of boxing without the contact.
Where do sessions run?
Either at Gymbox Ealing (Ealing Broadway, West London) or at your office — we bring the full kit to you, anywhere in London.
How many people can take part?
Team sessions run best at 8–20 people. Larger groups can split into rotating rounds — ask in the quote form.
What does it cost?
From £350 per team session, everything included — coaching, kit, and the venue if we host at Gymbox Ealing. You'll get an exact quote within 24 hours of enquiring.
What should people wear?
Trainers and comfortable clothes you can move in. Everything else — gloves, pads, wraps — is provided.
Can we make it a regular thing?
Yes — that's the Recurring Programme: a weekly or fortnightly slot reserved for your company. Minimum 4 weeks, invoiced monthly.
